The Connections program is designed to connect, build and support Upper Dublin African American and Black students for success and foster a sense of community.

We utilize our time together to engage in relevant discussions on current events, expound upon big ideas, engage student inquiries about future aspirations and offer personal development support through skills coaching and motivational messages.

OUR 4 BIG IDEAS:

Personal Branding

Communicate w/ Confidence

Your personal brand tells a story. What does yours tell? We will discuss and engage in meaty dialogue. Come ready!

Everyone has a unique style of communicating. We want you to know, hone and own your style.

Team Building

Emotional Intelligence

Master the art of knowing your strengths and contributions in a team environment - and recognize pitfalls to team success.

We all need to know effective strategies to handle life's many demands, stressors and obstacles, specifically the strategies that work best for us.
